Next gen consoles could be delayed due to COVID-19

The coronavirus has sent many people into a panic lately. Many people are afraid to leave their homes and go to their jobs. It’s no surprise that this would have large economic consequences mostly due to the large cases of coronavirus in China, where many US companies use for their manufacturing. Sony and Microsoft are two of many such companies where many of their products are produced in China as well. With this case, Daniel Ahmad believes that the next generation of consoles could be pushed back to a later year if the situation in China is not somehow contained within the next few months. The Playstation 5 and Xbox Series X are set to release this holiday season but this pandemic could possibly change that.
