Since the release of Street Fighter V in 2016 the game has received many criticisms specifically from its hardcore competitive fans. The complaints are mostly due to the game having performances for its online matches. Low quality online systems have been very common amongst fighting games and has been something that fans have complained about for years. Very few game companies go out of their way to create a brand new net code to improve their game’s online system, mostly to due to the fact that creating a new net code from the ground up requires a lot of time and resources.
Now however it seems that Capcom has finally decided to take the act after many years of complaints from their fans with the new rerelease of Street Fighter V: Champion Edition.
